Millennials and Gen-Z, How to retain them Short Course

Multigenerational workplaces are the norm, with millennials making up the largest proportion of our workforce.

This dynamic can form the foundation of productive, innovative and dynamic teams. However, generalisations and stereotypes about social groups can lead to miscommunication and misunderstandings. With this comes the potential for a negative effect on employee engagement and ultimately on an organisation’s performance.

This course will equip you with a deeper understanding of generational differences so that you can ditch the social stereotypes that can poison intergenerational workplace relationships.
