Property valuation is the complex and sometimes contentious task of surveyors, real estate agents and property developers to accurately assess the market value of a property.
This course sets out specifically to differentiate between price, value and worth in the context of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Red Book and International Valuation Standards.
The course will be especially suited to you if you are a valuer, user of valuations or a RICS candidate undertaking the Assessment of Professional Competence.

He is the Editor of the Journal of Property Investment & Finance, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has served on committees such as the UK Valuation Board.
