Overview

This course is for those who believe they have the personality and drive to excel in leadership. You will have the potential, ability and ambition to achieve your personal goals and help your organisation reach its ambitions.

The course is designed to grow people currently in management roles who want to progress into leadership. All discussions are honest, open and compliant with the Chatham House Rules. Each student will receive a tailored Personal Development Plan (PDP) tailored to their needs.

Teaching

You'll be taught by Dr. James McCalman, Professor of Leadership Studies, who has over thirty years experience developing managers and leaders in their own organisations. He has led organisations in the private and charitable sectors. In addition, other key academic and business experts will be introduced for their specialist experience.
